Refer & Earn Terms

1. Referral Reward
Earn RS 250/- for every successful seller referral.
The reward is awarded only after the referred seller satisfies all eligibility conditions.

2. Conditions for a Successful Referral
Seller referral is considered successful only if the referred seller:
– Registers using the referral url, confirms the URL during verification.
– Submits all required business documents.
– Gets approved by the LX INDIA verification team.
– List his products on LX INDIA

3. Ineligible Referrals
The following referrals are not eligible for rewards:
1. Self referrals.
2. Duplicate seller accounts.
3. Fake or incomplete registrations.
4. Sellers rejected during verification.
5. Sellers suspended or permanently removed before approval.
6. Existing sellers (already registered) on LX INDIA.
7. Sellers previously onboarded by the LX INDIA team.

4. Payment Terms
Rewards are awarded after seller verification and onboarding is successful.
Payments will be transferred to the bank account, provided by affiliate.
Minimum payout amount – Rs 1,500/-, payout will be initiated on the first week of every month, after achieving minimum payout amount in the previous month.

5. Program Modification
LX INDIA may make the below changes without any prior notification:
Change the referral reward.
Modify eligibility conditions.
Suspend or discontinue the program.
Reject any referral at its sole discretion.

6. Termination
LX INDIA may terminate an affiliate account immediately if the affiliate:
Violates program rules.
Engages in fraudulent activities.
Damages the reputation of LX INDIA.
Provides false information.

7. Fraud Prevention
LX INDIA reserves the right to reject referrals involving:
Fake businesses
Duplicate GST registrations
Multiple accounts created by the same individual
Misleading advertisements
Fake registrations
Any fraudulent activity
Fraudulent affiliates may have:
Rewards cancelled
Account suspended
Permanent removal from the program
